Speakmasters Club
For more information about our club meetings and Toastmasters in general, please visit our webpage at [Speakmasters]. Also, our Facebook group is now up. Search 'U of C Speakmasters' for resources and message board.
Please note that we are open for the summer. We meet every Thursday at 7:00 PM at the council chambers (Right by the food court) in MacEwan Hall.

At Speakmasters we improve our public speaking and leadership abilities, but equally important is the Fun Factor!
Speakmasters Executive Meeting and BBQ!
All members and Alumni in good standing are welcome to attend. The BBQ is ON Friday July 4th around 7 pm at Chris' place. Make sure to RSVP on Facebook!
Recent Speakmaster Social Events
Watch this space for our upcoming social events including:
- Pub Nights at the Grad Lounge (every first Thursday of the month)
- Theme meetings
- Social gatherings such as dinners, hikes, movies

How to use this page
This wiki page is an interactive page for members of SpeakMasters, the Toastmasters group that meets at the University of Calgary. You can sign up for meeting roles on this page with the following easy steps:
- Click on the tiny "[edit]" command to the right of the "Speakmasters Meeting Roles" heading
- Login (you can easily create a login account by following the directions given)
- The edit window will appear.
- Scroll down to the role for which you want to sign up
- Add your name to the line below the role, beside the upright line that correspond to the week you want
For example, if you want to sign up for Toastmaster go to the line that starts like this
! Toastmaster
Then see the lines below that begin with this kind of upright line

Each line corresponds to one cell in the table, so if you want to be toastmaster for the second week on the table, put your name to the right of the second line. Like this:

|Another name
- Then click on the "Save Page" button at the bottom of the edit window.
- Check the page to make sure your name appears where you want it to appear
- You're done! Good work!
General Wiki etiquette says that you should not erase people's names unless they have agreed to the change.
