Challenges ~does it keep track of versions of edits? ~errors in data ~not all staff is willing to join/use the wiki right away - information is still in many different locations ~encourage a culture of empowerment and participation ~authority to make all staff use the wiki ~make it useful to the people who are using it ~has to be reliable - if the network is down, is the wiki also down? ~language limitations - for global companies ~how can you tell what is the most recent, updated information?
