What a shame wikimedia doesn't have RSS tags. Wikispaces.org does, and is an easier way to capture good links with discriptions. I could add my del.icio.us/tag/sustainability, you could add a Flickr feed, we could add a Technorati tag...

RSS feeds into MediaWiki

I might have to check out this link from wikimedia.org that talks about integrating RSS feeds into MediaWiki via the Magpie RSS parser... - D'Arcy

I was gonna implement it on my wiki, but alas, my ISP has no Magpie. Extensions + hooks are pretty easy though. On my wiki I already implemented my own poor man's jabber notification extension and last.fm recent tracks extension. -- litui
