BEFORE CONVOCATION

Apply to Graduate: To graduate in the Spring (May/June Convocation), you must apply to graduate by: Fall 2008 Convocation (November) - August 15th Spring 2009 Convocation (May/June) - TBA

Contact your Faculty Advisor to verify your eligibility to graduate.

Check dates for your convocation.

RSVP regarding your attendance: e.g. attend, pickup, mail.

Parents and guests tickets not required.

If needed, make accessibility arrangements for graduates.

Photographer – Those interested in graduation pictures are advised that it is preferable to arrange to have graduation pictures taken before the day of Convocation.

Degree frames and framing are available through the Alumni Relations Office and will be available at Convocation. If you are not attending, the Alumni Office can be reached at email alumni@ucalgary.ca
