-IT staffers have to be able to collaborate in near real time.
-Changing the culture from traditional command and control management to matrix style management.
-For Matrix, employees have to be able to communicate their ideas effectively.
-Establish a baseline of current communication patterns.
-Need people with identifiable leadership skills.
-Overcome language barriers especially with English jargon or colloquialisms.
-Idea sharing due to cultural differences.
