With Respect to Methodology-> Interdisciplinary behaviors:

I would like to see question #3 read more like: What is the corporate culture with respect to multidisciplinarity?

I also added in another question #4 in respect to challenegs of multidisciplinarity

posted by Vicki: Do you think we should ask questions about personality? I would like to, but perhaps we would have to administer the full MBTI and/or Keirsey tests on their own. We might want to say something in our report that this is a definite consideration but that we would not otherwise include it at this stage. The MBTI test determines if someone is

  1. introverted vs. extroverted
  2. sensing vs. intuiting
  3. thinking vs. feeling
  4. judging vs. perceiving

posted by Vicki: I have a copy of the Adjective Check List article that Patricia Pitcher referenced in her book and interestingly, in a study on research originality of graduate students, staff mentioned that the "ideally original graduate student" was daring, enterprising, enthusiastic, individualistic, spontaneous, among other things, yet the empirical analysis on actual graduate students that were rated more highly on originality did not include these words, but rather civilized, quiet, and shy, not that these qualities necessarily contradict each other.
