CPSC 203: Assignment Submission Guidelines (A1 & A2)

Points to keep in mind:

  1. Make sure that you carefully read the assignment specifications for each assignment! (This is a set of general guidelines for all assignments and each assignment may have a more specific set of things for you to do).
  2. Late assignments or components of assignments will not be accepted for marking without approval beforehand.
  3. Extensions may be granted by the course instructor with the receipt of the appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor's note). Tutorial instructors (TA's) will not be able to provide extension on their own and will only direct you back to your instructor. (Note: Forgetting to hand your assignment or a component of your assignment in does not constitute a sufficient reason for handing your assignment in late). In all other cases due dates will be strictly enforced, late assignments will not be accepted for grading.
  4. Be sure to include standard contact information so your TA can match grades with students, excluding this information may result in your grade not being recorded properly (i.e., you received a zero for the assignment because your TA didn't know who to assign the grade to).
    1. Your Name
    2. Your University Identification Number
    3. The course name (CPSC) and number (203)
    4. The Tutorial that you are registered in
    5. Your TA's name
    6. The Assignment Number
  5. The first two assignments must reflect individual work, group work will not be allowed. You can only complete the third assignment while working in a group.
  6. Finally submit your assignment through blackboard. If you donot know how to use blackboard, please contact your TA beforehand.
